Target Market Profile - Report Generation

Reports are accessible from an IBM compatible PC running Windows 95/98/NT, with a minimum of 16MB of RAM and a minimum of 10MB of available hard disk space. The information is designed to quickly provide the most useful information all on one page. Your choice of reports consists of the following:

- Profile Report ...The profile report will allow you to quickly see the demographic and psychographic distribution associated with a "target group" pulled from the data base. Target groups may be based on any single variable or combination of variables.

- Profile Index Report ...The index report allows you to quickly compare and identify how a target group's profile may differ from the total sample base. This allows you to identify any problem areas as well as any strengths or marketing opportunities.

- Frequency Distribution Report ...The frequency distribution report allows you to determine a target's penetration by any number of variables -- or the market share owned by a retailer in any surveyed product category.

- Index Frequency Distribution Report ... This particular report allows you to compare a target customer to the total sample base.

- Two-Across and Three-Across Reports ... These reports allow you to generate side-by-side separate demographic profiles by any series of targets.

- Two-Across and Three-Across Index Reports ... These reports allow you to develop an index comparison by any number of separate targets or as a comparison to the total sample base.

- Base File Frequency Reports ... This report allows you to quickly determine how surveyed individuals answered any particular question -- through a raw count and by a percentage distribution.
